4 & 5: he's figuring out how to sit up! he's gotten so strong.
6 & 7: i can never resist taking a picture when he falls asleep in my arms! will that ever get old? this is where he naps the longest, too. i love it.
other things from lately:
-after some very sad days of teething, joony got two bottom teeth! they are adorable and tiny and sharp.
-his favorite toys are his green rubber frog, coasters from the coffee table, and pens (capped, duh). he's also discovered the fun that is his johnny jump-up and happily spends a good chunk of time every day grinning and bouncing around.
-got sick for the first time ever :( it was just a 2-3 day cold with a stuffy nose, but it really knocked him out. i felt so bad. we had a couple long nights of rocking him and trying to calm him down. i can imagine being sick would be really scary when there's no way of really understanding what's going on. luckily he seems to be on the up-and-up now.
-favorite foods are still prunes and bananas. seems to like the green beans and sweet potatoes, too. still mainly nursing for nutrition, though--he only eats regular food once a day or so.
-had his first airplane ride! we flew to california to go to my sister's baby shower. he did pretty good on the flight--cried during the descent, but was mostly a good sport about traveling. once in california, he got to meet THREE uncles (i swear, this kid is so lucky. his uncles were so much fun and they all just adored him), an aunt, and got to be snuggled and spoiled by his granny jo and auntie danielle all weekend long. it was such a fast trip, but so wonderful to be back in the house i grew up in.
